Straightforward hotel, the breakfast is delicious, stunning location close to town center. Lovely room, good bathroom.

My favorite property in Santa Barbara. I asked for a double room with a lovely view and a balcony, as for instance, had a really really nice stay. An in-house restaurant was excellent in the lobby or restaurant.

Clean hotel in an amazing building next to the downtown area and the center and the restaurant. Tidy rooms with comfortable beds and fantastic service. The pool area is heated too.

Fairly clean hotel, liked to be close to downtown, mission, and 5 min drive to beach and restaurants and the freeway thanks to convenient location.

Well, Wi-Fi was weak.

i loved the place, its very good location and rooms. the room was with a garden view. quick check-in was a bonus.

In general I had a very enjoyable experience. I loved brand-new room complete with a lovely view and the best WiFi, as example. The hotel was in a central setting down the street. Good food in the outdoor restaurant in the vicinity.

We felt safe in this good solid hotel. The bed was comfy, the room was absolutely fabulous and brand-new with a garden view. The outdoor restaurant in the lobby or restaurant and the outdoor bar.

The personnel was always caring, automated check-in, plus the service was admirable. Roof top bar was cosy and spotless.

The accommodation was charming small, pool was nice, beds were large. The location of the hotel was central. The reasonably large bathroom and simply decorated room. Friendliness from the whole staff. The service was welcoming, I had 1 romantic night here😃

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a great area, close to restaurants, gas stations, the freeway, State Street and downtown. Great dishes, central location.

Delightful breakfast selections, place was spotless. Our room was fully renovated, attentive service. Super energetic staff, they was always available. It was in a central setting. We loved to have lunch at El Pollo Loco, found it just a short walk away from the hotel. The pool was great and the views were magnificent!

My stay was good and I would stay here again. And it also had wonderful view. Service was great there.

I loved it, recommendable. Exquisite & neat place, brilliant staff. Unbeatable location, very close to first presbyterian church. The bedroom was functional, bright and separate.

We loved location and staff, felt like home. It was a delightful hotel in a relaxing area. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was astonishing. Lovely building, overall clean and pretty nice bedroom. The pool was lovely and the garden — beautiful.

The venue is relaxing, clean and the location is decent very close to a supermarket, State Street and the bus stop. Superfriendly staff, convenient rooms with a balcony, a very comfortable bed, as example.

We had a really great experience staying here. It was a relaxing hotel in Santa Barbara. Only 20 min walk to downtown. All the services where superb here.

I really enjoyed service and rooms here. Cozy beds, Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV and large windows were a nice touch. That was quaint hotel set in good area. Restaurant was PLEASANT, it had quality dishes. Very quick check-in too.

Incredibly comfortable location and free breakfast. Original room with soft bed. Service was exceptional as we had expected. The hotel was a right place for enjoying a resort area.

It was a relaxing experience. The breakfast was AFFORDABLE and the staff was willing to help. Rooms big and well-planned. We liked the sunny patio. The pool was heated and they provided a hot tub and a Jacuzzi. Location seemed extremely comfy.

Lovely place for exploring Santa Barbara. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. Thoroughly enjoyed that we had a balcony and could watch pool view.

It was worth its 3 stars. The rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. Sunny balcony was a nice surprise. For tea or coffee visit the patio cafe nearby👌

good location near the amtrack santa barbara train station. the room was good sized.

Los Agaves is a few steps away from the hotel. The free WiFi was a cherry on top.
